| Trained Nurses | Higher Education Council, recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh Intermediate examination or its equivalent examination must be passed. Uttar Pradesh State qualified nurses and midwife Midwifery Council registration with the General Nursing Diploma course. (3) U p Nurses and midwife council certificate of registration as a nurse. | |
| Operation Theater Technician | Higher Education Council, with the state of science and biology Intermediate examination or its equivalent recognized by the Government declared an examination must be passed. and UP by the medical faculty diploma from an accredited institution must be in operation theater techniques. |
